Every team member has to have a home office that meets the minimal standards required by a consensus of our clients and by the high standards ConnexSys demands to ensure the highest quality of service can be met. ConnexSys partners with local nonprofit organizations to give back to the community by training and certifying quality representatives and providing a WorkCentre that will allow them to management supervision and a workstation that is incompliance with the required equipment.

ConnexSys requires all team members to have previous call center experience. Due to the growth of the company, all new employees must have a customer service certification and complete the company training. Professional service comes from a combination of experience and training. Sales training and cross training is provided to everyone allowing full coverage of all accounts. Specialized training include HIPPA, medical products and other sensitive matters. Our professionally trained management staff are equipped with the knowledge and empowered with the guidelines set forth by each company on handling escalated situations and preserving our client brand while extending a great solution to your customer. Certification is required by all team members and will be included in the company training.

The virtual platform allowed us to recruit similar professionals that needed the same opportunities for various reasons.
