Due to the growth of the company, all new employees must have a customer service certification and complete the company training. Professional service comes from a combination of experience and training. Sales training and cross training is provided to everyone allowing full coverage of all accounts. Specialized training include HIPPA, medical products and other sensitive matters. Our professionally trained management staff are equipped with the knowledge and empowered with the guidelines set forth by each company on handling escalated situations and preserving our client brand while extending a great solution to your customer. Certification is required by all team members and will be included in the company training.
